New Inventory Alert! Introducing our Ankerite Sofa and Aquamarine Chair

We have some gorgeous new inventory going online today! We would like to introduce you to two new seating options we call our Ankerite Sofa and Aquamarine Chair.

Our first piece of furniture we are welcoming to our inventory today is the Aquamarine Chair. Her unique shape makes her absolutely stunning. I can just picture her sitting in the corner of a Victorian ladies' visiting room, listening to the day's gossip.

The faintest shade of blue on the upholstery of this Victorian corner chair is absolutely gorgeous.

The carved wing on the chair is so unique and just waiting to be photographed.

Our Ankerite Sofa is a beautifully preserved Victorian parlour couch. Try lifting it and you will know it is the real deal...she is HEAVY! The weight is probably due to the horsehair stuffing, since foam didn't come around until the 1920s. The Ankerite Sofa will require a team lift, but her ornately carved wood and winged arms make her look positively angelic...and totally worth the work!

The winged arms on our Ankerite Sofa add structural interest to the piece. She seems like she may fly away any second!

The detailed carving is beautiful yet subtle.
